DEVI Sansthan's flagship Global Dream multi-grade FLN program offers a disruptive solution for FLN (foundational literacy and numeracy) for all children that need FLN skills regardless of grade. With just 20-minutes of daily class time (for each of literacy and numeracy), the children can acquire FLN skills in 3-5 months, followed by practice for fluency and comprehension. The program has 90 sessions for literacy and 60 sessions for numeracy. Teachers are trained in a reverse methodology, decoding skills, and a child-centric pedagogy. They also get support from an online app with additional resources. The program is swift and effective in both single-age and multi-age settings. The process of teaching is based on international research.
